Importing a KML track into Organic Maps app

Step 1: It’s easy to import a KML file into Organic Maps app, from WhatsApp or an email on your phone. Tap the file to open it.

Step 2: You will see the contents of the file. Don’t be scared. Look for the share button, to share it to an app.

Step 3: When sharing, find the Organic Maps app. It might not be visible immediately, so look for … to load a list of other available apps.

Step 4: Find the app and tap it.

Step 5: It should then be imported into the app. On the Organic Maps home screen, look for the bookmarks button.

Step 6: Then click the file name, which shows how many tracks are inside it.

Step 7: To actually see the tracks on the map, just tap the first one, and you will navigate to the start of it.
